AirSprint introduced Fractional Jet Ownership to Canada in 2000, formed on a foundation of passion for aviation and for providing exceptional service. Today, each of our dedicated staff is passionate about delivering a private aviation experience that positively contributes to the personal and professional lives of successful Canadians. We do this with the values of "Safety, Service, People, Integrity, Humility, Community".

The Virtual Flight Supporter (FS) works within the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) team. The FS is administratively managed by the Operations Control Manager (OCM). During a shift assignment, the FS is operationally managed by the Duty Manager (DM) who is on shift. The primary focus of the FS to proactively seek, assemble, and communicate the situational awareness of the operational environment and tactically adjust services to the flightline. The secondary focus of the FS is to provide direct support to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and to be the custodian of aircraft when not under the authority of a PIC. The PIC has operational control of aircraft when operating.

The Virtual FS position allows for an applicant to work remotely from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, or Quebec. This is a new position, which proactively creates group awareness of the operational environment and adjusts services to the PIC and the aircraft in response to those changes in the environment.

Given that this role is integral to flight safety and operational performance, it is essential that the employee is disciplined, compliant, and detailed in their work. However, they must be able to maintain a 'big picture concept' and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. To maintain team harmony, these criteria must be delivered in a friendly, respectful manner. Support role only; PIC has the operational control of aircraft.
