Job Description

Cutler is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts including content creation, social media, pitch decks, website and SEO management, project photography coordination, and industry relations. The ideal candidate has experience in the Interior Design and Architecture industry, and a great eye for design.

About our Projects

Our clients are companies that sell products or services to their customers. Our projects are retail, fitness, workspace, heath & wellness, food & beverage spaces across Canada. We work with international brands as well as innovative local companies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and produce presentations, blog posts, case studies, project submissions, and other marketing collateral in alignment with Cutler standards
  • Participate in developing our marketing strategy and champion its execution
  • Create and manage marketing calendar, with content approval process
  • Understand Cutler, our portfolio of work, differentiators, and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain materials to support business development activities
  • Track intake of potential new project leads and provide research support
  • Manage all collateral related to Cutler brand standards
  • Schedule and manage project completion photoshoots
  • Maintain company website alongside our IT team
  • Other marketing efforts as required

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in InDesign and Photoshop
  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience
  • Preference given for experience working in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, and/or Construction industries
  • Experience with website management (WordPress)
  • Ability to develop well-written content that incorporates design language, tells the story of a space, and drives engagement
  • Detail oriented and self-directed individual able to meet deadlines
  • A team player that thrives working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Creative and driven to achieve outstanding results
  • A positive attitude, a high level of confidence, and trustworthy
  • Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in graphic design a plus
